Just Like A Bobo

Aevyn. What else can I say. The very mention of the name "Aevyn" should tell you everything you need to know...
In case you need further explanation, here it is: She brought me every single one of their play silks, one at a time, and had me time them on her in various fashions. I assumed she was going to be a mermaid, since this is usually the costume of choice to signify a girl's mermaidom. But no, she said she was going to be a "Bobo." As in "I'm going to dress like my grandmother, Bobo."
Sure, okay, that's exactly what Bobo looks like. But what does she act like?
Aevyn, please make some Bobo faces for us:
Ohhhh, looks like someone's getting told off... (maybe they forgot to fold up the blankets after delivering a baby? haha)
Alright, that was good. Now do a Bobo Dance:
Oh yes, that is precisely what a Bobo Dance looks like
BRAVO!

PS I have a video of this too.

Dancing girl

She was so happy to be allowed out of the house with "make-up" on. Look at how pretty she is

The dance was at the Conference Center during the Environmental Expo. The "stage" was just a clearing between booths. It was crowded but it all worked out.
Here's Myah waiting to go on.

During their preformance. All the girls got a serious case of the GIGGLES!

Like I said it was the Environmental Expo, so there were snakes there. She was obsessed with holding the little snake, but then she would wimp out. We made it all the way back to the car and were buckling in, and she started begging "Please Mom, I really know I can do it if we just go back one time. I promise I'll do it!" So of course we went back and she was very brave and thought it was the coolest thing ever. Look at my snake handler, I'm so proud of her

Penguin Dance!

Our vacation wasn't just on shore excursion after another. There was plenty of time onboard as well. Camp Carnival was onboard! The girls just loved it. It was sort of like super crafty preschool, with the fun-o-meter turned up to the max.
They held a talent show on our last day at sea and all the kids from the different age groups got to do something. The 2-5 year olds performed the Penguin Dance as a group. Only a few of them showed up for the actual show. Aevyn was in it for about 26 seconds and then she took off. Luckily, I have photographic evidence that she was there:

Myah stole the show though. She's a natural born booty-shaker

Queen Jumping Beans

I wish I could edit out my singing. I can't help it, I am moved by the music. So is Myah
